The bread is made from Yamanashi Prefecture's submerged water and flour from Yamanashi Prefecture, and is fermented and matured for a long time with homemade yeast made from raisins. So the fragrance is mellow and it tastes great after chewing the dough.
We have sake seed red bean bread and scones, which use no eggs or dairy products and recommended for people with allergies.
